Tikka Rifles are manufactured by Sako, a Finnish rifle manufacturer. Situated in Riihimaki, Finland the Sako factories have been manufacturing rifles, cartridges, and equipment, using modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. The Tikka rifle features a unique performance, convenience, and out-of-box accuracy that combines craftsmanship with the requirements of modern hunters.
Tikka believes in simple things that work, you need no special modifications, re-bedding or add-ons. The bolt and action are the heart of the rifle. With just a slim margin of error between a hit and a miss the pure heart of Tikka ensures you can rely on your rifle having what it takes to reach the target. The Tikka T3 bolt is modern, easy to take-down and meticulously made of stainless steel, and has a counter bored head, reliable

spring-steel extractor, double locking lugs, strong spring and plunger ejector. The bolt features a 70 degree lift with integral mount rails above the receiver and is drilled and tapped for Weaver type bases. The flat bedded surfaced Tikka action features a large recoil lug with vital out-of-the-box accuracy. When the safety is on the bolt handle and trigger are blocked and the stop bolt is located inside the receiver.
The Barrel and Stock of the Tikka Rifle is the ultimate in top quality, reliable, efficient and easy to use technology. To ensure accuracy Tikka rifles feature a good even hand crowned muzzle. The carefully designed checkered straight stocks are made of a glass fiber reinforced copolymer polypropylene, high grade walnut or laminated hardwood.
The trigger system’s body is machined from the most durable aluminum alloy available, other parts are special steel. The steel trigger is hand honed and has vertical grooves and can be easily adjusted from 1 to 2 kgs. To prevent unintentional release the latch in placed horizontally in front of the magazine and is flush fitted.

The Tikka rifle gives you the ability to stay unruffled, and react quickly whenever needed. The Tikka firearms sights and mounts enable you to turn clear and solid visions into uncompromising accuracy. Optilock mounts are an ideal mount for any scope. The Optilock Weaver mount is finished with a phosphatised finish and the base fits all US Military Standard 1913 picatinny and weaver rails.
Tikka rifles deliver safety and durability without sacrifices in accuracy or reliability. The two position safety catch is precise and easy to operate, with two red dots that indicate the rifle is ready to fire. Tikka firearms added an extra security option allowing both handle and trigger to be blocked when the safety is on. To ensure extra safety every Tikka rifle is shot before shipping with two over pressured cartridges.
