1. The first step in ordering with The Gun Source is to find and contact a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer or FFL Dealer
   
   
   A Federal Firearms License, or FFL, is a license that enables an individual or a company to engage in a business that pertains to firearms or ammunition or the interstate and intrastate sale of firearms. Since the enactment of the Gun Control Act of 1968, when purchasing a firearm, Federal law states we must ship your firearm to a licensed firearms dealer, known as an FFL Dealer, in your area. Such dealers may be your local sporting goods store or gun shop. Most FFL Dealers will charge a small fee to handle your firearm. When your firearm is shipped it will come complete with a copy of our FFL, as well as your contact information so that your dealer has no problem getting a hold of you.

2. When you have picked an FFL Dealer have them fax or mail their FFL to TGSCOM, INC at the below location. After we receive your dealers FFL you are all set.

   Note: Be sure that the FFL Dealer you pick is aware that a firearm will be sent to them on your behalf, and that they agree to this.  Also, be sure that any and all fees associated with the transfer are agreed upon prior to the order being placed.
   
   
   
3. Place Your Order
   Now that you have contacted and organized with your FFL Dealer it is time to place your order.  There are two ways to do this. The first is to order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or you can contact our customer service department at 1-866-456-2522.
4. Sit Back And Relax
   A customer service representative will contact you when your order has shipped.  Your firearm will be shipped with a copy of our FFL, as well as your contact information so that your local dealer has no problem contacting you upon arrival.

Return Policy

• WEAPONS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
• Parts and Accessories may be returned ONLY with authorization form our sales manager and only within 30 days of sales receipt.
• Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Cancellations- All order cancellations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Billing-The charge appears on your credit card statement as "TGSCOM".  Your credit card statement will reflect an authorization for the amount of your purchase after your order has been placed. An authorization validates your credit card's status and your credit account's good standing. The actual charge will not appear on your statement until your order ships from our warehouse.  If you have any questions regarding authorizations or charges please contact the institution that issued your credit card.
• Purchaser's Responsibilities-You are responsible for knowing your state's, County's, City's, etc, laws regarding firearms.  If you have any questions, contact your local FFL Transfer Dealer before you order. An example is Maryland which requires fried casings on every firearm, so you must make sure you order a firearm with fired casings.
