Taurus International

In 1980, Taurus International purchased the Beretta factory in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this purchase they acquired all the equipment, staff, and designs necessary to manufacture a number of firearms, most notably the famous Beretta 92. Starting with the original design, Taurus improved on it immensely, resulting in the Taurus PT-92 Pistol. These additions include a drop hammer forged ordnance grade alloy frame for increased strength and a three-position frame-mounted ambidextrous safety. Overall, the Taurus PT-92 is an excellent pistol necessary for these modern times.

Taurus PT92, possibly the finest 9mm handgun made thus far. Extreme accuracy and dependability. Almost 1000 rounds put through mine and not one single jam or malfunction. Only con about this firearm are the factory magazines. After minimal use, the factory mags begin to rattle when loaded. Mags do not malfuction, the mag springs just losen up a little and make a little noise. This does not hinder the firearm in anyway, but this inconvience can be easily fixed with the purchase of after market magazines. I recommend Pro Mag company. These magazines work great and still allow for high capacity. I recommend this firearm to anyone who wants superior accuracy, dependability,and power for a good price.
